We give every order a 24 hours grace period in which our customers may change their order on the chance they've selected the wrong variant or choose to cancel an order.

DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the correct product, size, variant, etc. when making an order. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order details once the order has been made.

If you decide you need to change a detail about your order, please write to us at sales@warespoint.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the changes, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are a cut off time to pack and ship out as soon as possible, which before hand, we are able to make the amendments.

If it's too late for our team to make the change, you can return your order to us once you've received it.  If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.

RETURN TO SENDER

Orders are returned for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect shipping details
  • Customer failure to pick-up order from post office
  • Customer failure to receive delivery at shipping address

If the order is returned to us for any of the above reasons, then the customer will have two (2) options:

  1. We can re-ship another product to the customer, and they will be responsible for the shipping cost (depending on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99 USD) for the new order.
  2. We can refund the customer for the value of the order minus the shipping cost (depending on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99 USD).
