Effective Date: September 28, 2026

Wares Point believes users should understand when the website may receive compensation from products, services, companies, or platforms mentioned in its content.

This Affiliate Disclosure explains how affiliate links, referral arrangements, sponsorships, and other forms of compensation may be used on WaresPoint.com.

Wares Point is operated by Jeremy Womack in Guthrie, Oklahoma, United States.

Questions about affiliate relationships or disclosures may be sent to sales@warespoint.com.

1. Wares Point Uses Affiliate Links

Some pages, articles, guides, reviews, comparisons, forum resources, tools, recommendations, or other content on Wares Point may contain affiliate links.

An affiliate link is a link that allows a merchant or affiliate network to identify that a visitor came from Wares Point.

If you click an affiliate link and later make a qualifying purchase, signup, subscription, or other transaction, Wares Point may receive a commission, referral fee, credit, or other compensation.

This generally does not increase the price you pay, unless a particular offer clearly states otherwise.

2. Why Wares Point Uses Affiliate Programs

Affiliate revenue is one way Wares Point may support the operation and development of the platform.

Affiliate income may help pay for expenses such as:

Website hosting
Server infrastructure
Software
Development
Content production
Community features
AI services
Research tools
Maintenance
Security
Business operations

Using affiliate links allows Wares Point to earn revenue when users choose to purchase products or services they were already considering.

3. Affiliate Compensation Does Not Guarantee a Positive Recommendation

The existence of an affiliate relationship does not guarantee that Wares Point will recommend a product or service positively.

Wares Point may:

Recommend a product
Recommend against a product
Compare competing products
Discuss advantages and disadvantages
Identify limitations
Criticize a company
Stop recommending a product entirely

Affiliate compensation does not give a company the right to control Wares Point's conclusions unless sponsored content is separately identified as such.

4. Editorial Independence

Wares Point aims to keep editorial judgments separate from affiliate compensation.

When evaluating products or services, relevant considerations may include:

Features
Pricing
Reliability
Ease of use
Customer support
Business value
User experience
Technical performance
Reputation
Suitability for particular users
Available alternatives

The possibility of earning a commission may affect which commercially available products Wares Point is able to monetize, but it does not change Wares Point's responsibility to users to provide useful and accurate information.

5. Clear Disclosure of Affiliate Relationships

When content contains affiliate links or recommendations connected to compensation, Wares Point will make reasonable efforts to disclose that relationship clearly.

The Federal Trade Commission states that a material connection between an endorser and a company should be disclosed when that connection could affect how consumers evaluate the endorsement. Financial relationships, free products, discounts, employment relationships, and similar benefits can qualify as material connections. Federal Trade Commission

Wares Point may use disclosures such as:

Wares Point may earn a commission if you purchase through links on this page.

or:

This article contains affiliate links. Wares Point may receive compensation from qualifying purchases.

These disclosures may appear near the beginning of content, near affiliate links, or both.

6. Disclosure Placement

A sitewide Affiliate Disclosure page does not replace clear disclosure within content where disclosure is necessary.

The FTC advises that affiliate disclosures should be clear and conspicuous and generally placed close to the recommendation or link involved. A reader should not have to search through a website or unrelated page to discover that a recommendation could result in compensation. Federal Trade Commission

Accordingly, Wares Point may display affiliate notices:

At the beginning of an article
Near a recommendation
Near an affiliate link
Within a product comparison
Near a call-to-action button
In a review
Within video or social-media content
In other locations where the relationship should be clear

7. Affiliate Links in Reviews

Some reviews on Wares Point may contain affiliate links.

If Wares Point earns compensation when users purchase a reviewed product, that financial relationship will be disclosed where appropriate.

A commission does not mean that every statement in the review is supplied or approved by the company being reviewed.

Wares Point may identify disadvantages or recommend alternatives even when an affiliate relationship exists.

8. Product Comparisons

Wares Point may compare multiple competing products or services.

One, several, or none of those products may participate in affiliate programs.

The availability of an affiliate program does not necessarily mean the product will receive a better ranking, recommendation, or description.

Users should consider the facts and criteria presented and make their own decisions.

9. Sponsored Content

Affiliate content and sponsored content are not necessarily the same thing.

Affiliate Content

With affiliate content, compensation generally depends on a user taking an action such as making a purchase or creating an account.

10. Free Products, Credits, and Other Benefits

Wares Point may occasionally receive:

Free products
Trial accounts
Software licenses
Hosting credits
Service credits
Discounts
Complimentary subscriptions
Early access
Other benefits

If such a benefit creates a material relationship relevant to a recommendation or endorsement, Wares Point will disclose it where appropriate.

The FTC considers free or discounted products and other things of value capable of creating a material connection requiring disclosure. Federal Trade Commission

11. Personal Experience

When Wares Point describes firsthand experience with a product or service, the description is intended to reflect that actual experience.

Wares Point will not knowingly claim firsthand use of a product or service that was not actually used in the manner represented.

The FTC's endorsement guidance states that endorsers should not describe experiences they did not actually have. Federal Trade Commission

12. No Guarantee of Product Performance

A recommendation does not guarantee that a product or service will work for every user.

Results may vary based on:

Business type
Experience
Budget
Market
Technical requirements
Location
Usage
Configuration
Provider changes
Other individual circumstances

Users should independently evaluate products and services before making purchasing decisions.

13. Pricing and Availability

Prices, features, promotions, commissions, discounts, and availability may change after Wares Point publishes content.

Wares Point may attempt to keep information current but does not guarantee that every third-party price or offer will always remain accurate.

The merchant's website controls the final price and terms of purchase.

14. Affiliate Tracking

Affiliate programs may use tracking technologies to determine whether a referral came from Wares Point.

These technologies may include:

Cookies
Referral codes
Tracking parameters
Device or browser identifiers
Affiliate network identifiers

The duration and operation of affiliate tracking depend on the applicable merchant or network.

More information about these technologies is available in the Wares Point Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

15. Affiliate Networks and Merchants

Wares Point may participate in affiliate programs operated directly by merchants or through third-party affiliate networks.

The specific companies and programs used by Wares Point may change over time.

Participation in an affiliate program does not mean that a company:

Owns Wares Point
Controls Wares Point
Employs Jeremy Womack
Reviews all Wares Point content
Endorses Wares Point
Guarantees Wares Point content

unless a particular relationship expressly states otherwise.

16. No Obligation to Use Affiliate Links

Users are never required to purchase products through Wares Point affiliate links.

You may choose to:

Visit the merchant directly
Search for the product independently
Use another retailer
Use a non-affiliate link
Purchase nothing at all

Using an affiliate link is entirely optional.

17. User-Posted Affiliate Links

Wares Point may allow community members to post links.

A link posted by an individual community member is not automatically a Wares Point affiliate link.

Community members who post their own affiliate or referral links must disclose the financial relationship where appropriate and follow Wares Point's Community Guidelines.

Undisclosed, excessive, misleading, or spammy affiliate promotion may be removed.

18. Wares Point Affiliate Links vs. User Links

Affiliate links operated by Wares Point may generate revenue for Wares Point.

Affiliate links posted independently by users may generate revenue for those users rather than Wares Point.

Wares Point does not assume responsibility for representations made by users concerning third-party products.

19. Recommendations Are Not Guarantees

Wares Point may recommend products or services based on research, experience, comparison, or perceived usefulness.

A recommendation does not mean:

The product is appropriate for every person
The product will remain unchanged
The provider will always offer the same terms
The business will remain operating indefinitely
You will earn money by using the product
You will recover your purchase cost
You will receive any particular business result

Users should consider their own circumstances.

20. No Earnings Guarantee

Some affiliate products or services discussed by Wares Point may relate to earning money online, starting a business, freelancing, ecommerce, marketing, hosting, artificial intelligence, or other commercial activities.

A Wares Point recommendation does not guarantee financial success.

Purchasing a recommended product does not guarantee:

Revenue
Profit
Customers
Traffic
Search rankings
Sales
Commissions
Business growth

Business results vary significantly.

21. Third-Party Terms

Purchases made through affiliate links are transactions between the user and the third-party merchant unless Wares Point explicitly states otherwise.

The merchant controls:

Payment processing
Shipping
Product fulfillment
Refund policies
Subscription terms
Customer support
Warranties
Product availability

Users should review the merchant's terms before purchasing.

22. Refunds From Affiliate Merchants

Wares Point generally does not control refunds for products purchased through third-party affiliate merchants.

Refund requests should normally be directed to the merchant from whom the product or service was purchased.

Any commission Wares Point receives may be reversed if the merchant refunds or cancels a transaction.

23. Affiliate Relationships May Change

Affiliate programs change frequently.

Wares Point may:

Join new programs
Leave existing programs
Replace merchants
Change networks
Stop monetizing particular links
Convert ordinary links into affiliate links
Convert affiliate links into ordinary links

The presence or absence of an affiliate relationship may therefore change over time.

24. Historical Content

Older Wares Point content may reference affiliate programs that have changed or ended.

Wares Point may update such content when reasonably practical but does not guarantee immediate revision of every historical page.

25. Social Media and Other Platforms

Wares Point may also publish content on social media, video platforms, forums, newsletters, or other external services.

Where Wares Point posts an endorsement involving a material financial relationship, an appropriate disclosure should accompany the endorsement.

The FTC advises that disclosures should appear with the endorsement itself rather than relying solely on a profile page or separate disclosure page. Federal Trade Commission

26. Video and Live Content

If Wares Point produces videos or live streams containing compensated endorsements, disclosures may be provided within the content where appropriate.

FTC guidance notes that video disclosures should generally be included in the video itself, and disclosures during live streams may need to be repeated so viewers who join later can see them. Federal Trade Commission

27. Accuracy and Honesty

Wares Point will make reasonable efforts not to knowingly publish false claims about products or services for the purpose of earning affiliate commissions.

Where factual mistakes are identified, Wares Point may correct or update content.

Affiliate compensation does not permit Wares Point to make claims unsupported by reasonable evidence.

28. Relationship to Other Wares Point Policies

This Affiliate Disclosure supplements the:

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

The Cookie Policy explains how cookies and tracking technologies may be used, including for affiliate attribution.

29. Changes to This Affiliate Disclosure

Wares Point may update this Affiliate Disclosure when:

Affiliate programs change
Monetization methods change

Wares Point's business model evolves

The effective date will be updated when this disclosure is materially revised.
